For the weekly Tai Chi & Qigong classes, we will gather from 7pm to 8.30pm at the Psychosynthesis Trust, 92-94 Tooley Street, London Bridge SE1 2TH, for the regular 7-week classes from 13th to 27th February, 15th May to 26th June, and from 2nd October to 13th November.  Further details are available online.

Also, the Chi Nei Tsang weekends will run from April 7th and 8th, and October 6th and 7th, at the same address:  Psychosynthesis Trust, 92-94 Tooley Street, London Bridge SE1 2TH, from 10.30 am to 5pm.  More information on the process is here.

And just a note – Tai Chi Teacher Training will again be at Ponte de Lima, Portugal, from 4th to 11th August.  Full information.
