The Tao is a Short Sweet Path to Spiritual Independence

The Tao is the way of harmony, expanding and liberating. Without gender discrimination, rules, hierarchy or clergy, requiring no conversion or belief system, offering guidance rather than dogma, the Tao is a short sweet path to spiritual independence, or your own conception of self-realisation or enlightenment.

These words of the Dalai Lama capture the essence: “if the meditator applies certain meditative techniques it is possible to create opportunities for grasping the moment and consciously generating the experience of subtle clear light…during the time of death, of deep sleep, and sexual climax.”

The last opportunity this year of grasping the moment, taught by Alexander West, will run this Saturday and Sunday, 27th and 28th November, from 10.30 to 18.30, with breaks.

Whether you  are just beginning a sexual relationship, whether you have been in a relationship, whether you want to bring new life into a relationship or you simply want to practise solo cultivation, then click here!  It costs £197 for the whole weekend.

Alex will then add you to the Zoom list for practical instruction on how to do it and guide you through the basics and on to climax.
