Now is the time!  I’ve just completed teaching the Tai Chi Beginners course and now I’m ready to start on the Progressive course.

What does that mean?
It means that if you’ve done any Tai Chi with me, from learning to stand and move to doing the form, you can join in!
It means that if you have performed according to your own self-instructed guidelines, you can join in!
It means that if you have completed any of the preparation courses, you can join in!

I’m going to be teaching on Wednesday evenings, starting at 6pm and going on till 7.30
BUT
if you cannot make it,
if you’re going to be late,
if you have other commitments
THEN you can still join!

HOW?
If you sign up for the whole course, £77 for seven weeks, then I will send you a recording of the class!
You can play it as often as you like for 8 days.

The course runs for seven weeks, once a week, from Wednesday 16th March to Wednesday 27th April, starting at 6pm and ending at 7.30pm.
