Tai Chi Beginners and Refresher Course 

the first class is on 19th January,
the last on 2nd March 
Sessions start at 6pm
Each Tai Chi class lasts about an hour and a half, including: 
Warm Up,
Qi Self Massage,
Horse Stance,
3 in 1 exercise,
White Tiger,
Swimming Dragon,
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon,
Eight Pieces of Brocade QiGong,
followed by the full Tai Chi course:
I will be teaching the Tai Chi Beginners and Refresher Course in 2022,
from 19th January to 2nd March,
seven Wednesday evenings
from 6pm to 7.30pm, by Zoom.
