Whether you are a Beginner taking your very first steps in Tai Chi, whether you are an Intermediate looking to refine your path, whether you are an Advanced Student looking to polish up your form, or whether you want to increase your knowledge of QiGong, I recommend this course for you.

And here is the reason:  in the upcoming Tai Chi refresher, just five days away, I’m going to send you a recording after each class so you can practice, as long as you go for the full course. 

This means that if you miss a class, or have other commitments making you turn up late, or anything else that could interfere with your concentration, it no longer matters, because you will have private access to the class, its repetitions and focuses, so that you can study in your own time.
